Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pot Pan & Friends. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@potpanandfriends.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and return shipping instructions.
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
4. Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item in some cases. Please include photos of the damage in your email.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Items that have been used or show signs of wear
• Items missing original packaging or accessories
• Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective products, where we cover the return shipping.
